Digital products like gaming top-ups, subscriptions, or in-game currencies are non-returnable once delivered or redeemed.
For subscription services (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Chorki), returns are not available after activation.
Exceptions:
Incorrect or defective delivery due to an error on our end will qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Partial Refunds:
For partially delivered services, refunds will be issued proportionately.
Additional Terms:
If we fail to delivery within 24 hours: If we do not deliver the product within 24 hours of placing the order, we will full refund.
Cancellation or Refund within 24 Hours: If the customer requests to cancel or ask for a refund within 24 hours, a 5% refund will be provided.
Once Order is Completed: If the order has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Exchanges:
For gaming products (e.g., Free Fire diamonds, PUBG UC, FIFA coins):
Exchanges may be granted if the wrong item is delivered, provided it remains unredeemed.

For OTT subscriptions:
Exchange requests will only be entertained if there is an activation error caused by us.
